Many things in modern life have been shown to cause tinnitus or make it worse for some people. In this post I’ve listed some of the things you should avoid as part of your plan to cure your tinnitus. Here are some of the things you should at least think seriously about avoiding:

  • Caffeine – Caffeine is a stimulant with several effects that are known to worsen tinnitus for some people.
